The primary goal of this rebrand was to strengthen Earthwell’s presence as a local business by increasing engagement both online and in-store. By addressing gaps in visibility and social proof, this rebrand aimed to build brand equity, foster trust, and cultivate deeper connections with the community to support long-term growth and customer loyalty.

Ideation

A key challenge was Earthwell’s lack of a cohesive identity, despite over a decade in the zero-waste space. Following a competitive audit, we shifted focus from differentiation to authenticity, building a brand rooted in community, with handwritten marks and playful illustrations that reflect the charm of its Kensington neighborhood.
